WELL AT LEAST THINGS CAN’T GET ANY WORSE (chinese_fashion)

(found on And I Am Not Lying)

Would a series of sex-education posts (aimed at the old-enough-to-have-sex-but-young-enough-to-have-questions demographic – from sex myths debunked to an introduction to kink) get this blog flagged as mature? I’d rather stay on the tag system if possible.
It would be nice if, rather than de-listing the entire blog, you could flag individual posts (and only those posts would be de-listed), and/or have a YouTube or LiveJournal-style verification system: log in to confirm your age, or at least a click-through.

It is a small Monkey Tuesday, because I am lazy and tired.

“The chunky monkeys who have been put on a diet after being overfed by tourists”

They look like they’re melting!

Conga Gibbons (~~Nelly~~)

Dancin’ like monkeys.

Creepy Lemur (joyrex)

Lemurs look so little like the other primates, and are yet still very recognizable. They also look like they want to eat your eyeballs.

BABY BONOBOS ARE SO CUTE

… So, everyone, feel free to suggest monkey-related items for future Tuesdays: news, photos, videos, stories, articles, links, personal anecdotes, whatever!

So it’s been way too long since we did a Monkey Tuesday. Whoops. Let’s make up for it with a massive photospam!
If anyone has any recommendations for news stories, photos, art, movies, or anything else imaginable related to primates that you’d like us to include in future Monkey Tuesdays, please leave a comment!

Cuttlefish

I’ve always preferred octopodes. I like smart critters, and they’re ugly-cute. I was surprised, then, when I saw a cuttlefish in motion – just how graceful they actually are. They’re not cute creatures by any means (not like the grimpoteuthis ["Dumbo octopus"]) but they still have a certain beauty to them – that alien beauty of sea creatures.

Hello, world. We’re transferring from our own wordpress.org, to here, for various reasons, and working on making ourselves comfortable. I’ll be working on mapping the domain and crap like that shortly, so hold tight.
